Jorge is passionate about cooking and the person who publishes and maintains foodtastico, in Spanish and English. He makes sure every page reaches the screen complete, clear and easy to follow, with its timings, quantities and photos up to date.
He edits and maintains the seasonal guides, such as the Fiestas Patrias menu, the Christmas menu, the New Year's Eve dinner and the asado menu; the ingredient sheets; and the site's tools, such as the asado calculator and the turkey calculator.
He does not cook the recipes: Pablo Minder makes and tests them. The split is deliberate, and it is what lets every page say honestly who did what.
